Hotel Policy
Important operational guidelines including check-in/out times, room capacity, penalties, and on-property regulations.
This policy forms part of and is governed by the Terms of Use of Santa Fe.
Check-in Time: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (UTC -6)
Check-out Time: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM (UTC -6)
Key Loss: The loss of the room key (fob, key, or bracelet) has a penalty fee of $25.00 US Dollars per key. Smoking: Smoking is forbidden inside any of our rooms. Ignoring this rule will cause a cleaning fee of $100.00 US Dollars.
Toilet Paper/Tissue: Throwing or tossing toilet paper/tissue in the toilet is forbidden for ecological reasons. Ignoring this rule will cause a penalty fee of $50.00 US Dollars.
Rooms Capacity: Room occupancy is limited according to the confirmed room type and may affect the total number of rooms required and/or the applicable rate.
Extra Charges: Any service, damage to the room and/or product outside the rate included in your room are considered extra charges. Including but not limited to snorkel rentals, room damages, minibar products, wine bottles, cocktails, meals, and other additional services.
Privacy Policy: The hotel may collect personal information necessary to register and provide services to guests, including full name, nationality, passport or ID number, date of birth, dietary restrictions, email address, and phone number, whether provided in writing or by photograph. Complimentary Services: Complimentary services included in the confirmed rate, package, or reservation, such as breakfast, minibar items, transfers, Airport VIP Lounge access, or other benefits, are provided exclusively in connection with the guest’s confirmed stay at the hotel. These services are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and must be used within the dates and conditions of the reservation. Complimentary services cannot be redeemed outside the hotel facilities, on different dates, or from alternative locations unless expressly authorized by the Company. Unused complimentary services have no cash value and are not refundable.
Housekeeping Service: This service is provided during scheduled morning operational hours only. No housekeeping service is available after 12:00 PM. If the “Do Not Disturb” sign is displayed or room access is denied during service hours, housekeeping will be postponed until the following day.
